Located on Chilco Road, this beauty was bought by Bob with ideas of improvements and expansion on his mind.

Bob asked us to come out and give him an appraisal of the condition of this log home before he purchased it.

We felt the log structure was in excellent condition and that a restoration would bring it back to new condition.  We thought we was getting a great deal and Bob bought it.

We restored the cabin and the deck on the outside to brand new condition!

Last we heard Bob built a garage out there and has more expansion plans.
