A 50 year old cabin on the lake, A guy with a dream!
We contracted with the owner to restore this log home to as nice as we could get it!
We restored the existing logs
Installed new logs
We repaired rotted logs
We tore out the old failed mortar chinking
We sanded and prepped the logs for finishing
We finished the cabin with 2-3 coats of Lovitt's Natural Gold with a custom green tint
We chinked the cabin with Lovitt's Professional Chink.
We tore the old roof off revealing other layers of roofing, all were removed.
Massive structural repairs were made.
We put soffits in around the perimeter of the home.
We put a new steel roof on the cabin
We repaired the dock and built a new dock ramp
We sealed the dock with Lovitt's P-Wood
We did all we could!
We painted doors, hinged, rails, nuts, bolts, ect.
We painted, painted, and painted!
We really enjoyed this job and this customer is one of our all time favorites. A genuine good guy!

We tore the old roof off, did numerous structural repairs, installed the soffit, then installed a brand new steel roof!
